raining here today and then I finally got a little 'time to stay home and update this blog lately I see that far (but as always, do not worry they are not very distant from my kitchen!) . I decided to post this lovely Sunday lunch that I prepared a few weeks ago and also to participate in this collection almost expiring divine flavor " BRUSCHETTA "!
And I would say it was a complete meal with main course and dessert!
Ora, la raccolta prevede che ad ogni bruschetta inventata bisogna abbinarci un nome.
Qui avrei avuto bisogno di mia sorella, che con le sue magiche invenzioni trovava sempre il nome perfetto per ogni piatto, ma alla fine qualcosa ho trovato pure io!
Allora, ho scelto “ BAC & M ” per la bruschetta salata. Pronunciato all’inglese (“bec and em”) può ingannare le menti, infatti, potrebbe sembrare una bruschetta super carnivora con bacon e ham exactly ... in fact it is obviously completely vegetarian and the name is simply the initial of each ingredient (from bottom to top: B Rie, vocado A, C grind and M ushroom )!
The bruschetta dessert instead call it "sweet sweet banana " In fact, it is soooooo sweet, but with the black bread is perfect ...
and then, a little 'sweetness in most of the Sunday is always good!
I hope you like the names and matches ... I enjoyed inventing both!
BRUSCHETTA "BAC & M"
rye bread
Brie
Avocado
Carrot
cremini mushrooms
basil, olive oil, salt, lemon
Clean mushrooms, remove stems and cook them on a plate a couple of minutes per side. First with the cap upward. On the same plate to toast the bread slices. Peel the carrot and cut into strips with vegetable peeler. Put them to rest in olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and a few drops of lemon. Arrange bread on a hot thin slice of brie, a slice of avocado, a tablespoon of carrots (drained oil), and a roasted mushroom. Finish with a sprig of parsley, a few drops of oil (ok, and the advanced after removing the carrot) a sprinkling of pepper!

Lavorare lo yoghurt con il miele e la cannella (quantitĂ variabili a seconda del grado di dolcezza desiderata). Tagliare la banana sliced \u200b\u200bfairly thick and caramelized in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Toast bread, spread with yoghurt and arrange the slices of caramelized banana, concluding with a sprinkling of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey and a mint leaf for garnish!
