Aggressive Colon Cancer

the pie of Paul

It's been a bit 'last recipe ... but it does not mean I have abandoned my kitchen, far from it ... just that the switch from pot to the PC sometimes requires a bit' more time than expected and override other commitments at this stage ... unfortunately
But here I am again with a simple, but still very good recipe!

This is the pie of Paul (in one of its many variants) because he is the depositary of the original recipe I would say that now has traveled a bit 'all over the world ... I mean the recipe (a bit too Paul ...' to tell the truth!).
In country after country, from mouth to mouth I have not found someone who has not appreciated ... thanks Pa '!

T ORTA SALT POTATOES, yogurt and rosemary

1 box of puff pastry
4 medium potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup of yogurt
100 g of parmesan
tasty cheese (here in Australia, maybe the excellent smoked cheese in Italy! !)
rosemary, salt and pepper

Steam potatoes, already sliced, but not make them too soft. In a bowl beat the eggs with the yogurt, add the grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary (both according to taste) and season salt and pepper.
Line a pan with the pastry. Pour on the basis of a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture and then arrange the potato slices. Grate a little 'cheese (tasty cheese, smoked cheese or whatever you have available) and cover with the rest of the compound. Sprinkle with a little 'with Parmesan cheese and bake at 180 ˚ C for 40 minutes.
