A "sweet" soup



I said that this winter was the season of soups
and promises a soup posted a week, then I am a bit ' lost
perhaps because winter which usually sono abituata non è mai arrivato e per mettere una calda soup sul fuoco ogni volta aspetto quelle poche giornate sotto i 15 gradi!!



Ma finalmente l’occasione è arrivata, 
e dalla mia cucina e uscita questa “dolce” zuppa colorata…




"dolce” non perché servita come dessert, 
ma semplicemente perché ho scelto l’abbinamento sweet corn (sweet corn) and sweet potato (Kumera, a potato taste like pumpkin orange)!




Kumer and CORN SOUP

1 onion
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons of flour
400 ml vegetable stock
500 g peeled Kumera
a big box of corn (440 g)
2 cups milk

Skip sliced \u200b\u200bonion in a pot with a tablespoon of oil. Add flour and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Gradually add the broth and Kumera cubes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, until the Kumera is soft. Add corn and milk, bring to a boil. Serve hot with fresh coriander or parsley.
